Reword System

DecorMatters is a startup providing a mobile and web App aiming to help users design beautiful homes and communicate ideas with ease and fun. I joined DecorMatters when it was going through a business transformation. The reward system in DecorMatters mobile App was the first step to make the whole experience more gamified. I was 1 of the only 2 designers in a startup environment with a team of 14 people. It took 4 months for this project from scratch to release. We were very pleased to see that the user engagement rate was increased by 9.5% ↑, and the user retention rate was increased by 15.3% ↑.
